[Andy Warhol]

The hardback edition (with the hologram cover) of Andy Warhol's scrapbook of images and texts, bursting with gimmicky inserts. The whole captures the inventiveness and irreverent humour of the Factory days and is a classic book from the Pop Art era. Present are the following inserts: (1) pop-up castle, (2) paper accordian, (3) pop-up bi-plane, (4) spring-mounted paper promotional disc for 'The Chelsea Girls', (5) string-mounted photographic polyhedron, (6) Velvet Underground flexi-disc (detached), (7) fold-out nose, (8) pop-up tomato paste can, (9) latex balloon (fused to paper as usual). A previous owner has followed the instructions to "tear out and place in a container of warm water" the tear-out tabs, therefore the tenth insert is not present.
