[Dora Carrington]
The catalogue for the exhibition on Dora Carrington at the Pallant House Gallery, Chichester in 2024. The curators redefine Carrington's place in British interwar art history through her paintings, drawings and letters. She was linked with the Bloomsbury Group, especially through her relationship with Lytton Strachey, but was also associated with the Omega Workshops and many other artists of the period. Throughout her unconvential life Carrington blurred the boundaries of what it meant to be a woman in the art world and wider society.
