[Peter Blake]
Peter Blake's Paris Escapades follows-on from Venice Fantasies (2009). Twenty-eight screen-prints are reproduced depicting Blakes' fanciful collages, featuring a mix of surrealism and humour. Elephants, butterflies, monkeys and Victorian figures jostle for place against a back-drop of the Eiffel Tower, the Opera, the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe.
