The scarce English-language volume on Line Vautrin's jewellery. Vautrin's inventive use of material and form has made her one of the most collected jewellers of the twentieth century. The book remains one of the key reference books on her work. Vautrin herself has contributed a witty autobiographical sketch, and supervised the layout of ther pieces in the colour plates, while Patrick Mauries supplies a knowledgeable assessment of her work.
